Our Crew recently helped a homeowner in Orleans-Ottawa by completing a full basement waterproofing upgrade to address ongoing water concerns. Prior to starting the project, the existing drywall was removed to allow proper access to the foundation walls and ensure the system could be installed correctly from the ground up.

To keep water out and protect the basement long term, our team installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system along with a WaterGuard port for easy future maintenance. A Triple safe sump pump system was added to efficiently manage groundwater and provide reliable protection, even during heavy rain. To ensure year round performance, an Iceguard was installed on the exterior discharge line, along with a Rainchute EZ to direct water safely away from the foundation.

To finish the space, we installed basement to Beautiful wall panels, creating a clean, bright, and moisture resistant basement that looks great and stays dry.

The result is a fully protected, functional, and refreshed basement, giving the homeowner confidence and peace of mind for years to come.

The homeowner in Ottawa was dealing with ongoing moisture and water issues in their cold room. Water was seeping through the walls, and the space felt damp and cold, making it unusable and raising concerns about long-term foundation damage and mold growth.

Our crew installed a full waterproofing and insulation system to permanently resolve the problem. With the addition of WaterGuard® and WaterGuard® Port, a SuperSump® pump, CleanSpace® wall system, and Foamax™ insulation, water is now safely redirected away from the foundation. An IceGuard® and RainChute EZ™ were added outside to protect the discharge line year-round.

The cold room is now dry, insulated, and protected, turning a once-problematic space into a reliable and healthier part of the home.
