Purchased a house in December, until the temperature dropped the Sump Pump was running constantly, now that the temperature has started going up, it has started running often. I'm worried that either the pump itself isn't powerful enough to empty the basin, or that the basin is too small. First time owning a rural home, so it's completely possible I am overthinking it, but even when the ground was frozen there was still water in the basin (but not enough to trigger the pump).
