There is some pooling water in my garage, coming from the block foundation and under the framing. I would like to see what can be done to prevent this issue, and have you look at the foundation. It's also buckled in about 1 inch in one spot that I can see. I've only been in this house for a year and a half. When I removed some of the drywall to check it was clear that a previous owner knew of the issue and foam sprayed a section along where the cement floor meets the block foundation.
