We had a large crack that had caused a lot of water come into our basement. My partner scheduled an appointment with one of the sales representatives and had our crack repair scheduled as soon as he can, which we appreciated a lot as we had many travel plans. Would recommend and will use them again if we do have other issues!

My foundation was in need of repair and as we were booking our estimate, they informed us that a premailer with a breakdown of information would be sent to us. When we received the information packet, it contained a photo of the estimator which was Jerry our scheduled meeting and info on the service we wanted done. It was highly professional and the product knowledge was very reassuring.

Recently had The Foundation Guys complete installation of a new sump pump system. All aspects of the work from quoting to installation were excellent. Jake did a great job installing the system quickly and professionally. The closed system is far better than having a column pump suspended over an open hole. Thank for the great work! Jerry and his guys came in and got the job done!. From the initial estimate, all of my questions were answered and the whole solution process was explained properly so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way!! The Foundation Guys installed a Smart Jack system in my sagging crawlspace and voila! Good as new. I highly recommend this great company!

I had a basement encapsulation quoted about 18 months ago. At the time we weren't ready to commit, but when I called back, Alain remembered us and it was a seamless transaction. We didn't have to wait long to get the work done, the team (Junior, Romeo and Juanito) were prompt, pleasant and efficient. They were in and out of my 900 sq foot crawlspace in less than a day, including removal of some ancient relics that had been left down there by previous owners. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done too. I was super impressed with the work and it has made a huge difference for our household. Would definitely recommend!
