Our crew completed a project in Greely for a homeowner who was concerned about the levels of radon in their home. After an assessment of the home, we designed and installed a custom radon mitigation system to safely and effectively redirect gas from beneath the foundation and vent it outside the home.

To address the homeowner's comfort, we also installed a radon muffler to reduce operational noise and low hum often associated with the mitigation fans. To ensure long-term durability, a fan moisture guard was added to protect the system from condensation and moisture-related wear, helping extend the life of the fan and maintain consistent performance. We also sealed up any cracks that can allow the radon gas to enter the home. Sealing cracks and gaps helps keep the radon from coming in.

The result is a quieter, more efficient radon mitigation system that lowered radon levels, improved air quality, and gave the homeowner peace of mind knowing their home is safer and healthier.
