Our crew installed a full waterproofing and insulation system to permanently resolve the problem. With the addition of WaterGuard® and WaterGuard® Port, a SuperSump® pump, CleanSpace® wall system, and Foamax™ insulation, water is now safely redirected away from the foundation. An IceGuard® and RainChute EZ™ were added outside to protect the discharge line year-round.

The cold room is now dry, insulated, and protected, turning a once-problematic space into a reliable and healthier part of the home.

The crawlspace is now clean, dry, and fully encapsulated. Moisture is controlled, cold air infiltration is reduced, and groundwater is safely managed by the sump system. The home is more comfortable and energy efficient, and the crawlspace is protected from future water damage. As part of the project, we also completed cement patching to seal and reinforce areas of the foundation wall that needed attention.
