A Home in Kanta had a concern with her floors sagging. We installed a smart jack to help stabilize the floors.

A homeowner in Brockville had issues with water and dampness in their basement. To solve their problem, we installed a CleanSpace wall system and, WaterGuard subfloor drainage system, which is discharged into their existing sump pump.

Our team recently completed a comprehensive basement waterproofing project designed to permanently protect the space from water intrusion, improve air quality, and add long-term value to the home.

To start we installed the water guard drainage system along the interior perimeter, aired with a water guard port for easy maintenance access. To manage surface water entry at the threshold, we also added a trench drain, capped with trench lock to safely route any collected water into the system without allowing air exchange.

For powerful, reliable water removal we installed a triple safe sump pump system, enhanced with a custom 43" liner and additional 1.5" interior discharge a line to handle higher volumes. An Ice Guard system was added outside to prevent winter backups in freezing temperatures.

To protect the basement walls from moisture and create a clean, bright appearance, we installed the clean space system. To control humidity and prevent mold growth, we completed the system with a Sani dry Sedona high performance dehumidifier. 

The result, a permanently dry, healthier basement that's protected from water, moisture, and musty odors with systems in place built to last.

Our team recently transformed this basement by installing a WaterGuard® interior drainage system with a TrenchDrain™ to effectively capture and redirect water seepage, keeping the basement dry year-round.

To complete the project, we installed Basement to Beautiful® Wall Panels insulated, moisture-resistant panels that not only improve energy efficiency but also give the basement a clean, finished look.

This combination provides both protection against water intrusion and improved comfort, making the basement a healthier and more functional space for the homeowner.

This basement was dealing with water seepage along the walls and pooling near entry points, leaving the space damp and unusable. The walls had no moisture protection, and there was no proper drainage system to manage incoming water.

Our team installed a WaterGuard® interior drainage system and a TrenchDrain™ to capture and redirect any water away from the basement, keeping it permanently dry. To protect the walls, we installed a vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and giving the space a clean, bright finish.
