In this project, we completed a full basement waterproofing system for a homeowner in Pembroke dealing with moisture issues and water seepage.

We started by installing Clean Space®, a durable vapor barrier that helps control humidity and moisture along the basement walls. To manage groundwater effectively, we installed a Star Pipe™ interior drainage system designed to collect and redirect water to the sump pumps.

To ensure reliable protection, we installed two sump pump systems, including one with a battery backup to keep the basement dry even during power outages or heavy rain.

This complete system gives the homeowner long-term peace of mind, protecting their basement from water damage and improving overall air quality.

We had a Homeowner who needed our help to update her window well for her basement. We added a drain to make sure the excess water would be discharged away from the home.

This Homeowner had moisture and water issues in their basement. We installed:

- Basement to Beautiful Basement wall panels

- Sump pump system with a back up

- water guard

- water guard port

- discharge line

We reinsulated an attic for one of our customers in Almonte, Ontario.
