Solution
We installed a radon mitigation system designed to actively draw radon gas from beneath the foundation and vent it safely above the roofline. To improve comfort inside the home, a muffler was added to the system to reduce operating noise from the fan, ensuring quiet performance while maintaining strong suction.
All penetrations were carefully sealed, and the piping was routed to maximize airflow efficiency and system performance. The installation was completed with minimal disruption to the home.
