Take a look at this recent project completed by The Foundation Guys in Clarence Creek, Ontario!  This homeowner was experiencing concerns with foundation settlement and issues around their existing window wells. Our crew tackled both concerns with a comprehensive solution designed to improve the stability and drainage around the home. -28 helical piers installed to provide additional foundation support-New exterior weeping tile installed to improve drainage- 4 new window wells installed- Approximately 132 feet of exterior excavation completed-  Excavated areas carefully backfilled and restored By combining structural stabilization with improved exterior drainage, our team was able to provide the homeowner with a more complete solution for their foundation concerns.
