My foundation was in need of repair and as we were booking our estimate, they informed us that a premailer with a breakdown of information would be sent to us. When we received the information packet, it contained a photo of the estimator which was Jerry our scheduled meeting and info on the service we wanted done. It was highly professional and the product knowledge was very reassuring.
