Our Crew recently completed a structural support project for a homeowner who was experiencing sagging floors and concerns about the stability of their home's support system.
To address the issue, we installed four smartjacks support posts, each set on a prepared crushed stone base to ensure long term stability and load support. A supplemental beam was also installed to help redistribute weight evenly and provide additional structural reinforcement where it was needed.
This solution restored proper support to the structure, helping to level the floors and imrpove overall stability. The Homeowner can now feel confident knowing their home is supported by a durable, long lasting system designed for performance and reliability.
