We had a customer who needed our help with the dampness in their basement along with some cracks that deeply formed. We installed Waterguard, waterguard ports, Trench Drain, Trench Lock, a triple safe pump pump system, ice gaurd, concrete crack stitches and a cleanspace wall system.

Exposed deep crack in the basement foundation

System design specialist put a measuring tape in the crack to show how deep it formed approximately 2".

Install process

Install process

our production crew etched in crack stitches to help close up and strengthen the foundation to prevent the crack from getting any worse.

AFTER

Crack stitches sealed up and the crack is secured. It won't get any deeper or wider

Cleanspace wall system install, with a trench drain installed below.

Cleanspace wall system installed behind the water boiler in the home.
