Our crew completed a full basement waterproofing and finishing project for a homeowner who was dealing with water intrusion, humidity, and mold concerns. To fully protect the space, we installed a complete interior drainage system with WaterGuard®, TrenchDrain™, and a TripleSafe™ sump pump with additional discharge lines, IceGuard®, and a RainChute™ for reliable year round water removal. For added protection, we included a WellDuct® window drain to capture leaks around basement windows, TrenchLock™ to control vapor, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity under control. We also treated affected areas with Mold X2™ for a healthier basement environment. To finish the space, our crew removed old drywall and flooring, disposed of damaged materials, and installed Foamax® insulation and Basement to Beautiful™ wall panels, along with rim joist insulation for better energy efficiency.   This transformation not only waterproofed the basement but also made it cleaner, drier, and more comfortable giving the homeowner peace of mind and a healthier home for years to come.
