Solution
Our crew installed a water gaurd subfloor drainage system to capture groundwater before it could reach teh basement floor. A waterguard port was added to allow for easy access and future inspection or maintenance of the system.
water collected by the drainage system is directed to a triplesafe sump pump system, providing multiple layers of protection and reliable operation, even during heavy rain or pwoer outages. To manage wall moisture, we installed a cleanspace wall system, creating a durable vapor barrier that directs any wall moisture down into the drainage system.
On the exterior discharge line, we installed an iceguard to ensure the system continues to operate safely during winter conditions by preventing frozen discharge lines and water backups.
