We had a homeowner in the Brockville area who contacted our team after experiencing water intrusion and ongoing moisture issues in their basement. Water was entering along the foundation walls, leaving the space damp and raising concerns about long-term damage and indoor air quality.

Solution
Our crew installed a WaterGuard subfloor drainage system to capture groundwater at the foundation level before it could reach the basement floor. A WaterGuard port was also added to allow for easy access and future maintenance of the drainage system.
To manage wall moisture and protect the foundation, we installed a cleanspace wall system, creating a durable vapor barrier that directs any moisture behind the walls down into the drainage system.
With the systems working together, water is now effectively controlled and safely redirected away from the basement. The homeowner now was dry, protected basement and peace of mind knowing their water issues have been professionally resolved.
