We had a customer in Kingston who needed our help. Our crew completed a comprehensive basement waterproofing and foundation repair for a homeowner in Kingston,Ontario who was experiencing water intrusion and concerns about the stability and condition of their basement walls.   To manage and control water at the foundation level, we installed a water guard subfloor drainage system along with water guard ports to allow for easy access and future maintenance. water is now safely directed to a triple safe sump pump system, providing multiple layers of protection and reliable performance even during heavy rain or power outages.   On the exterior discharge, we added an icegaurd, a flood ring and a rainchute EZ to ensure water can exit the system safely year round, preventing freezing, backups and soil erorion around the foundation. A well duct drain was also inastalled to address window well water and prevent it from entering the basement.   to protect the basement walls and control moisture, we installed a cleanspace wall system, paired with basement to beautiful panels to improve both durability and appearance. For structural stability, our team installed carbon armor straps, armor lock anchors and powerbraces, along with a tightenting kit to stabilize foundation walls and help prevent further movement over time.   Teh resuklt is a dry protected and structurally sounds basement with improved functionality and a clean finished look. The homeowner can now enjoy a long term peace of mind knowing their basement is well protected against water intrusion and foundation issues.
