Photo Album: Basement waterproofing in Ottawa, ON

This basement went from damp and vulnerable to dry and fully protected with a complete waterproofing system installed by our team. We installed Water Guard and a Water Guard Port to collect and redirect groundwater, along with a Trench Drain and Trench Lock to manage surface water at the entry points. For powerful and reliable water removal, we installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump with a custom 34" liner and an additional 1.5" discharge line inside. To ensure proper discharge year round, we included an Ice Guard on the exterior.   To seal the walls and prevent moisture intrusion, we applied the Clean Space Wall System, giving the basement a clean and bright finish. Finally, we added a Sani Dry Sedona to keep the air dry and healthy.
