Photo Album: Waterproofing in Arnprior, ON

Our customer in Arnprior was experience water infiltration and moisture issues in their basement, prompting them to seek a complete waterproofing solution. We designed and installed a system to permanently address the problems and protect their home.   To start, we installed a water guard interior drainage system along the perimeter of the basement to capture groundwater seepage before it was could reach the floor surface. A water guard inspection port was added to allow easy maintenance and system inspection in the future. For areas with heavy water flow, we installed a trench drain, and sealed it with Trench Lock to safely intercept surface water without allowing unwanted air and moisture movement.   For sump pump protection, we installed a triple safe sump pump system, offering three levels of pumping power to handle even extreme water conditions. To ensure year round operation and to prevent discharge line freezing during winter, an Ice guard system was also installed.   The walls were protected with a clean space wall system, providing a tough durable vapor barrier that keeps moisture out of the basement environment. For added comfort and energy efficacy, we installed basement to beautiful wall panels, which insulate the walls and create a clean , attractive finish ready for further basement finishing if desired.   Additionally, we installed a well duct window drainage system to manage any water leaking through basement windows, directing it safely into the water guard system. This full solution not only solved the customers existing water issues but also transformed their basement into a dry, healthy, and comfortable space for years to come.
