Photo Album: Exterior Crack repair waterproofing in Nepean, ON
We completed an exterior foundation waterproofing project to address water infiltration issues. The scope of work included excavating around the affected foundation walls, applying a high-quality waterproof membrane, and installing proper drainage to redirect water away from the structure. Additionally, structural cracks in the foundation were reinforced using Crack Lock® staples—an advanced carbon fiber stitching solution—to permanently stabilize and prevent further movement. The combination of exterior waterproofing and crack reinforcement ensures long-term protection and structural integrity.
