Our crew recently completed a radon mitigation system for a homeowner concerned about the high levels of radon in their home. After a full assessment of the home, we designed and installed a custom radon mitigation system to safely and effectively redirect the radon gas from beneath the foundation and vent it outside the home.

As part of the installation, we sealed the visible cracks that are in the foundation to prevent additional radon entry points and improve the overall effectiveness of the system. How it works: We create an opening into the foundation floor, Slab, crawlspace, or earth, and a PVC pipe is inserted. A radon fan pulls radon gas from beneath the foundation. Venting out the gas safely away from the home. If there are any cracks and gaps through which the gas could be coming in, they would be sealed up as well.
