We had a customer in Oxford Station who had concerns about Radon levels in their home. Our crew recently completed a radon mitigation project for a homeowner in Oxford Station who was concerned about elevated radon levels and indoor air quality. After a full assessment of the home, we designed and installed a custom radon mitigation system to safely and effectively redirect radon gas from beneath the foundation and vent it outside the home.
As part installation, we sealed visible foundation cracks to prevent additional radon entry points and improve the overall effectiveness of the system. To address homeowner comfort, we also installed a radon muffler to significantly reduce operational noise and eliminate the low hum often associated with mitigation fans.
To ensure long term durability, a fan moisture guard was added to protect the system from condensation and moisture-related wear, helping extend the life of the fan and maintain consistent performance.
