Hello! Would like to encapsulate shallow stone foundation under small (20'x25' footprint) OLD but solid farmhouse. It is technically a 'basement' but is unusuable due to size of windows and depth of ~74" Water heater, well pump and pressure tank are located here as well. Please provide estimate with/without removal of existing drywall/insulation/studs as there is water damage from ground water seepage. The flooring is ceramic tile with can likely stay in place.
